The project is an Alcoholic Beverage Permit to allow for
the sale and on-site consumption of beer and wine within
a restaurant in an existing commercial center which does
not have potential for causing significant effect on the
environment where CEQA applies, therefore covered
under the common sense exemption. In addition, none of
the six exceptions to exemptions applies.
