An Article 19 Statutory Exemption consists of projects that have been determined not to have a significant impact on the environment, and shall be exempt from the provisions of CEQA. The project is a Minor Conditional Use Permit request to allow the establishment of a new arcade (“Plushie Town”) within an existing suite (suite 115), within the Metro at Main Shopping Center. The project falls under Section 15301 Existing Facilities, as it consists of the Minor Alteration of an existing private structure. Moreover, none of the 15300.2 (Exceptions to Exemptions cited in Section 15300.2 are applicable.
