This project has been determined to be exempt from the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act under CEQA Guidelines Section 15061(b)(3) because after conducting the initial environmental assessment, there is no possibility that the project may have a significant impact on the environment. Any issues will be addresses through Special Use Permit conditions, which reflect Plumas County Code, as well as other ministerial and discretionary permitting requirements, in addition to regional, state, and federal regulatory standards and regulations, would serve to address potential environmental effects.
