Residential Medium (RM) for four ( 4) vacant parcels totaling
approximately 5.82 acres; and amend the standard in Chapter 19.04
(Residential) for Planned Residential Development Section N (2)
and (5) (Development Code Amendment 25-07 (Zoning Map
Amendment)); 3) approve Tentative Tract Map No. 20826 to
subdivide the project site into sixty-eight (68) Planned Residential
Development (PRD) lots (Subdivision 25-03; and 4) approve site and
architectural review for sixty-eight (68) two-story detached PRD
single-family dwellings (Development Permit Type-P 25-07).
