Document Description
Caltrans approves of the encroachment permit for Pacific Bell Telephone Company (dba AT&T California) to perform traffic control activities to access and raise eight (8) existing manhole lids to street grade, within Caltrans right-of-way (ROW) along State Route (SR) 118 in Ventura County. Manholes 25207, 25206, 34711, 32387, 13212, 13211, 1549, and 1547 will be accessed. Excavation will have a minimum depth of 3 inches and a maximum depth of 42 inches, and an average width and length of 3 feet by 3 feet. No public utilities will be relocated, and no new ROW will be acquired.
