Document Description
Caltrans approves the encroachment permit for Pacific Bell Telephone Company (dba AT&T California) to place 4 feet of PVC conduit within Caltrans right-of-way (ROW) along State Route (SR) 27 at post mile (PM) 13.06, as well as perform traffic control activities, in the City of Los Angeles, Los Angeles County. The proposed work will involve excavation and access to an existing AT&T manhole (MH# 26745). From the manhole to the property line, 4 feet of concrete sidewalk will be excavated to place the service lateral. Trenching will have a depth of 3 to 3.5 feet, and an average width and length of 1 foot by 4 feet. No public utilities will be relocated, and no new ROW will be acquired.
