Document Description
Caltrans approves of the encroachment permit for Charter Communications to install 583 linear feet of new fiber through an existing conduit from one handhole to a new Charter vault in the concrete sidewalk, as well as perform traffic control activities, within Caltrans right-of-way (ROW) along State Route (SR) 118 in the City of Moorpark, Ventura County. Excavation will have a minimum depth of 42 inches and maximum depth of 48 inches, and an average width and length of 1 inch by 4 feet. No public utilities will be relocated, and no new ROW will be acquired.
