Document Description
The Community Development Agency is proposing an amendment to Article 5 of the Kings County Development Code to permit by right, in the Multi-Family Residential (RM) zone district, multi-family dwellings with 20 percent affordability for lower-income households on a Prior Identified Site as designated by the Housing Element Vacant Sites Land Inventory with additional regulations and information in added Section 509 of the Development Code. This proposed amendment is to complete Program 4.19 of the Housing Element of the General Plan and to comply with State law.
