Reasons for Exemption
The project includes pavement rehabilitation of approximately 1.2 miles of roadway along Conyer Street, extending from Walnut Avenue to Main Street. In addition to the roadway rehab, the project will include upgrading existing curb ramps, repairing curb and gutter as necessary, and modifications to existing traffic signals along the corridor to enhance safety and accessibility.
