Document Description
The project is the construction of a Mechanical Plant II building (approx. 1,860 sq. ft.) adjacent to the existing Mechanical Plant II building. Adjacent to the new building will be a new Cooling Central Plant which would then connect via underground hydronic piping (approx. 2,000 lineal ft) to the Library Learning & Resource Center, located on the MVC campus. The project would provide additional heating and cooling for the building.
