T 4.56-acre site falls below the class 32 5-acre limit and is located in an industrial urban context. The facility is an unmanned facility with very low operational vehicle trips. The project operates within the zone's prescribed noise levels. No operational emissions are generated by the facility and the project site is served by all necessary utilities. The exemption does not require exceptions pursuant to CEQA Section 15300.2.
