The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has
executed Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification Number PLA-67139-R2,

capacity as the structure replaced. Class 4 because the project is limited to private
alterations in the condition of land, water, and/or vegetation which do not involve
removal of healthy, mature, scenic trees.
