The Cateau Marmont is a cat hotel that provides short-term boarding services as well as fostering a small number of cats and facilitating their adoption. The facility occupies an existing, one story, 2,759 structure and the scope of work includes interior tenant improvements only, including but not limited to millwork, floor refinishing, and drywall replacement. Site improvements are not proposed. The cat hotel includes accommodations for the cats, lounge and play areas, and ancillary spaces such as a kitchen, restrooms, and a grooming/bathing room for the cats.
