Document Description
To amend the Agriculture Setback Open Space Easement (Ag setback) on Parcel 15 of recorded Tract 1536, to realign the agriculture buffer to be more consistent with adjacent parcels and enable completion of a permitted accessory structure on a parcel with an existing single-family residence, pool, and accessory buildings. A new 1,664 square foot (sf) detached RV garage and workshop with a second-floor, 600 sf guesthouse/office is currently permitted (PMTR2021-01237) and under construction. The property’s Ag setback currently spans the northerly 400 feet, east-west across the parcel; the proposed amendment would angle it across from 400 feet at the west line, to 330 feet at the east line, reducing the easement area by 11,035 square feet, or slightly less than 7%. The current 400-foot deep Ag setback across Lot 15 is consistent with the easement width on adjacent Lot 14 to the west, whereas on the east side, Lot 16 has a 300-foot buffer. The proposed amendment would realign Lot 15’s Ag setback to angle west-to-east from 400 feet on the west side to connect at 330 feet, closer to the 300-foot buffer on lot 16.
