Document Description
The Project would construct three two-story single-family residential (SFR) units on the Project Site which consists of six vacant parcels totaling approximately 0.5-acres. Each SFR would be built across two vacant lots that includes a basement, pool and spa, retaining walls, decks with trellises and overhang areas (one on each level), an attached garage and an attached Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU). The homes would range in size from 4,864 square feet to 5,186 square feet. As required by the City, the applicant would need to construct a firetruck turnaround along Revello Drive prior to the certificate of occupancy for the SFR located at 17488 and 17496 West Revello Drive and 17502 and 17508 West Revello Drive. Construction activities are anticipated to take approximately 36 months and would require approximately 7,000 cubic yards of grading work with approximately 5,525 cubic yards of soil export.
