Caltrans approves the encroachment permit for Southern California Edison (SCE) to replace pole 1120497E approximately 30 feet to the east in line with existing overhead wires, and to replace overhead span guys crossing State Route (SR) 138 at postmile 13.88, in the City of Neenah, County of Los Angeles, as well as perform temporary traffic control activities. Excavation will have a maximum depth of 96 inches, an average width of 24 inches, and a maximum length of 2 feet. No new right-of-way will be acquired for the project.
