Document Description
The application is requesting a Minor Discretionary Permit to develop a 6.79-acre parcel as a truck parking facility for semi-trucks and trailers in two (2) phases located at 1231 South Kilroy Road (Stanislaus County APN: 044-010-010). Phase 1 includes demolition of existing barns and construction of 116 truck and trailer parking stalls, a 8,800-square-foot truck repair shop with an adjacent 400-square-foot office, a 30-foot-long open wash bay, and 18 personal automobile parking stalls. Phase 2 will include the conversion of the existing single-family residence to an office for the facility. Frontage improvements including curb, gutter, and sidewalk will be constructed along South Kilroy Road. On-site paving, landscaping, security lighting, storm pond, and perimeter fencing will be constructed.
