Reasons for Exemption
The project complies with Section 15061 (b)(3) (Common Sense Exemption) of the CEQA Guidelines and criteria, and the provisions of the City’s Code, Ordinances, and General Plan, because the proposed Zoning Text Amendment will allow for updates to development standards within the various zones, the establishment and operation of certain uses within commercial and industrial zoned properties subject to specified operational standards to ensure there are no impacts on the environment.
