The culvert system is composed of three pipes, one 12-inches in diameter and two 18-inches in diameter, and a substandard drainage inlet (DI). All three pipes will be replaced in-kind. Trenching of the roadway will be required to replace the existing culverts. Some project elements will occur off the paved roadway. Clearing and grubbing and removal of about one ton of vegetative debris and garbage will be required prior to construction. Construction equipment may include, but not be limited to, trucks, compactors, excavators, and backhoes. One-way traffic control will be required during construction.
