Document Description
This project will replace approximately 986 feet by 8 feet tall of chain link fence along the property line between the San Diego Zoo Safari Park and State property, as required by United State Department of Agriculture (USDA) for Safari Park operations. In addition to the fence replacement, an approximately 18-inch dig barrier will be installed to prevent wildlife from entering Safari Park property. The edge of the dig barrier will fall on the property line. Vegetation removal needed for construction will take place on Safari Park property. There may be minimal vegetation removal on State property requiring a Right of Entry permit.
