The proposal includes installing a new 43 foot and 11 inches tall cupola on the rooftop and using an existing cupola and building parapet to screen the antennas and equipment. The WCF would consist of 11 panel antennas, nine remote radio units (RRUs), four surge suppressors, GPS antenna, power plant, equipment cabinets, and ancillary equipment. The subject site is located at 19031-37 Golden Valley Road and is zoned Regional Commercial (CR) within the Canyon Country community.
