Document Description
The project consists of seismic upgrades to Building L; HVAC system upgrades to existing campus buildings; ADA path-of-travel and restroom improvements; installation of a new fire-alarm system; and miscellaneous site improvements including fencing and gates. Associated work includes mechanical, electrical and plumbing improvements, localized demolition and patching, utility trenching, and concrete, paving and landscape restoration.
