Document Description
The project includes seismic strengthening and structural retrofit work of buildings A and H; modernization and replacement of HVAC systems and associated controls; fire-alarm improvements; interior and roof demolition and patching necessary to accommodate new HVAC work; window repairs; and associated electrical, mechanical, and architectural repairs. Site work includes localized concrete and asphalt removal and replacement and accessibility/path-of-travel improvements.
The work will occur within the existing developed school campus and existing school buildings. The project is intended to improve life safety, building performance, accessibility, and reliability of existing systems and will not increase student enrollment capacity or materially expand the existing educational use of the campus.
