SWP Agreement #26022 provides for a change in point of delivery of up to 10,166 acre-feet of Dudley Ridge Water District’s (Dudley Ridge’s) approved 2026 SWP Table A water to Westlands’ and/or San Luis’ turnout(s) through December 31, 2026. The request was made on behalf of landowners Wonderful Orchards and Westside Agriculture, which own land in Dudley Ridge’s, Westlands’, and San Luis’ service areas. This change in point of delivery is covered under an Order approved by the State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB) on July 16, 2026, for DWR delivery of SWP water to Westlands’ and San Luis’ Central Valley Project service areas.
