Document Description
The proposed project involves the removal and replacement of the existing shade structure, walkways, and parking stalls at the Ted Craig Regional Park located at 3300 State College Boulevard in the City of Fullerton. The project scope of work involves the replacement of the shade shelter with a new pre-manufactured shelter structure and associated concrete footing that includes two BBQs, one food preparation counter and two sinks, perimeter concrete walkway, picnic tables and concrete paced performance area. In addition, four existing non-compliant accessible parking stalls, concrete walkway to the shelter, and existing restroom building, including the path of travel, signage, and striping would be reconstructed to bring them into compliance with the American with Disabilities Act requirements.
