Document Description
The 5801 Bridgehead Road Project (proposed project) would include a General Plan Amendment (GPA) to change the project site’s General Plan land use designation from CO to Light Industrial (LI), as well as a rezone from C to LI. The requested changes are intended to better align the site with existing market conditions and surrounding land use patterns within the Bridgehead Road/SR 160 corridor. While the City anticipates that future development of the site could occur within the next one to two years following approval of the requested entitlements, the proposed project does not include any specific development proposal, site plan, construction activities, grading, or infrastructure improvements at this time.
