Document Description
The Midpeninsula Regional Open Space District (District) proposes to repair two existing driveways in on District lands in La Honda, San Mateo County that provide access to staff tenant residences. One driveway extends from Alpine Road to the Incerpi residence located in Skyline Ridge Open Space Preserve. The second driveway extends from Sears Ranch Road to the Cuhna residence in La Honda Creek Open Space Preserve. Both driveways are in poor condition, with potholes, surface deterioration, and channels and gullies resulting from water runoff. The scope of work at both locations includes grading of the existing surface and installation of stabilization fabric, placement of road base material, and application of an oil screen coat and chip-seal finish. No vegetation or tree removal is proposed.
