Work would be limited to building interiors, existing doors, and existing attachment locations. No doors or new door openings would be installed, and no exterior work, site preparation, or ground disturbance would be required. The project would not expand building area, capacity, occupancy, or use. Construction is expected to take approximately nine months, with completion anticipated by the end of December 2027.
