Document Description
Modernization of one (1) existing hydraulic passenger elevator at the El Centro Courthouse. Work includes replacement of hydraulic elevator equipment within the existing hoistway and machine room, including the hydraulic power unit, cylinder, jack assembly, valves, controls, and associated mechanical and electrical systems. The existing elevator cab will be retained; interior cab components and finishes will be assessed and replaced as needed. Mechanical and electrical systems within the machine room will be upgraded to accommodate new elevator equipment. No changes to the building footprint, structure, or hoistway dimensions are proposed.
