Five primary commercial components are included, consisting of a full-service market, a fueling station and convenience store with canopy; a quick-service drive-through restaurant, an automated carwash, and a multi-tenant retail building. Access will be provided from both State Route 74 and Greenwald Avenue. Street frontage improvements along Highway 74 and Greenwald Avenue will include curb, gutter, sidewalk, and landscaped parkways, designed to be consistent with the Highway 74 Multimodal Corridor Plan.
