The proposed project consists of planning and preliminary design of a public sewer system in the disadvantaged community along East Loma Alta Drive and nearby neighborhoods in the unincorporated community of Altadena. The project will evaluate and design the connection of approximately 51 parcels affected by the January 2025 Eaton Fire to the existing public sewer system, helping address the wastewater needs of the residents as they rebuild.
