Document Description
Under Encroachment Permit #11-26-XXX 0823, Environmental Resources Management, Inc. (ERM) proposes to install an air ventilation system (AVS) inside the Bradley Pumphouse utilizing their subcontractor, American Integrated Systems (AIS). The scope of work includes two plug-in axial fans installed within a sealed stainless-steel plenum located in the alcove of the pump house motor room ceiling, two-hour meters, a telemetry system, and the installation of new outlets. ERM will also collect air samples inside and outside the pumphouse, as well as along the median of State Route 67 (SR 67) between northbound and southbound lanes. Air sampling will occur according to the approved workplan and in coordination with Caltrans. Additional site visits may occur for equipment maintenance, routine system monitoring, or replacement of AVS components. No traffic control is anticipated because vehicles will park in designated off-road areas consistent with the ingress/egress plan. All work is within Caltrans right-of-way in the City of El Cajon, San Diego California. The Bradley Pumphouse is located between the southbound on-ramp from Bradley Avenue to SR 67 at postmile (PM) R1.04.
