The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) proposes a Highway Maintenance Safety (HM-4 Safety) project to install wrong-way driver packages, upgrade roadside signs, and upgrade crosswalks to ladder patterns on various routes at various post miles in Butte, Nevada, and Sacramento Counties. The purpose of this HM-4 Safety project is to improve driver and pedestrian safety at off ramps and intersections in Butte, Nevada, and Sacramento Counties.
