The Administrative Use Permit associated with Infinity Batting Facility is exempt from CEQA review under CEQA State Guidelines Section 15301 - Existing Facilities. This exempts projects that consist of the operation, repair, maintenance, permitting, leasing, licensing, or minor alteration of existing public or private structures, facilities, or mechanical equipment, involving negligible or no expansion of existing or former use. This permit is to allow for an indoor cricket batting and practice facility within an existing warehouse building. All improvements will be completed within the interior of the unit; there will be no expansion to the existing square footage therefore the project is exempt from further review under CEQA.
