Document Description
The Project would construct a 153,380-square-foot, multi-tenant light-industrial building at the Project Site. The building would include approximately 23,007 square feet of office space and 130,373 square feet of warehouse space. The Proposed Project would also provide site improvements, including a pedestrian path connecting the Kaiser Road sidewalk to internal pedestrian walkways, landscaping throughout the Site and along the building frontage, four (4) bioretention areas measuring approximately 20,969 square feet, exterior lighting in surface parking areas, and approximately 242 parking spaces for employees and visitors. The Project Site would be accessed by one (1) proposed driveway on Kaiser Road and three (3) proposed driveways on Syar Way.
