S. Leala; thence along said Leala's land North 44° 17' East two thousand six and 004/1000 feet to a stake in the Western line of land of Le Roy; thence along said Le Roy's land North 42° 53' West eighty one and 34/100 feet to a stake; thence South 44° 17' West two thousand fourteen and 51/100 feet to place of beginning.
