Document Description
The project includes pedestrian and bicycle safety improvements such as a traffic circle, high visibility crosswalks, ADA curb

bicyclists, and improve safe access and delineation of pedestrian right of way for students and the surrounding community.

The project consists of pedestrian and bicycle safety improvements within existing public rights of way, involving minor alterations
to existing transportation facilities and limited grading within previously disturbed areas, consistent with CEQA Guidelines
Sections 15301(c) and 15304. The project would not increase roadway capacity and is intended to improve safety and access.
The project was previously analyzed in the General Plan EIR; no new or more severe impacts would occur. The project would not
result in significant environmental impacts, and no exceptions under CEQA Guidelines Section 15300.2 apply.
