The California Department of Transportation proposes a Highway Maintenance project in Placer County on Interstate 80 (l-80) at the eastbound Gold Run Safety Roadside Area (SSRA), between PM 41.8 and 42.0. The project work includes grinding, cold planning, and overlaying the existing parking lot, on-ramp and off-ramp- pavement areas. In addition, this project would improve existing drainage of the SSRA.
