Document Description
Caltrans proposes cold planing asphalt concrete (AC) pavement and repaving with rubberized hot mix asphalt – gap graded (RHMA-G) on State Route (SR-) 221 from post mile (PM) 1.7 to 2.7 in Napa County. The project is required to prevent further damage to the highway. Construction equipment may include, but not be limited to, AC trucks, grinders, loaders, pavers, and rollers. All work is limited to the paved roadway prism within Caltrans right of way (ROW).
