Class 1 applies because the Project involves minor alterations to a 1.5-acre area on an existing public high school campus, including the demolition of existing accessory structures and the addition of 8,500 square feet of building space, involving negligible expansion of the existing educational and athletic uses.
Class 4 applies because the Project involves minor alterations to disturbed land associated with grading, demolition of existing improvements, construction of new replacement improvements, and restoring of all exposed surface.
Class 14 applies because the Project involves minor additions and improvements within an existing public high school campus that will not result in an increase of more than 10 classrooms or 25 percent of the existing enrollment capacity.
None of the exceptions in CEQA Guidelines Section 15300.2 applv to the Proposed Proiect.
