Caltrans approves the encroachment permit for Southern California Edison (SCE) to replace one utility pole (1311355E) in the westbound direction of State Route (SR) 150 at postmile (PM) 18.23 in the City of Ojai, Ventura County, as well as to perform temporary traffic control activities. Excavation will have a maximum depth of 72 inches, an average width of 24 inches, and a maximum length of 2 feet. No public utilities will be relocated, and no new right-of-way will be acquired for the project.
