Document Description
The City is proposing to consolidate and expand the Pleasant Grove Wastewater Treatment Plant (PGWWTP) electrical supply from Roseville Electric Utility and PGWWTP's emergency generators into a single expandable facility. The project would include construction of a multi-purpose, concrete masonry block switchgear and generator electrical building (Electrical Building No. 3), a 12-kilovolt utility feed, two new generators with diesel fuel storage, and a plant drain pump station for stormwater and facility drain collection. Two 2,500-kilowatt generators would be installed as part of the project with space reserved for two additional generators to be installed in the future as the PGWWTP expands. Similarly, the bulk diesel fuel storage includes a dedicated 15,000-gallon, double-walled steel storage tank for each generator with room to add two additional tanks as needed.
