Document Description
The Laguna County Sanitation District plans to expand the existing effluent storage reservoir located north of the Wastewater Reclamation Plant following removal of the soil stockpile created when the existing reservoir was constructed from 1991 to 1993. The proposed engineered expansion of the effluent storage reservoir would increase the reservoir capacity from 290 to 471 million gallons and increase the reservoir area from approximately 36 acres to 60 acres.
