Document Description
The project would improve transportation and reduce flooding in the Basin 111 around Richards Boulevard between Sequoia Pacific Boulevard and North 5th Street.
The project would include the installation of 700 linear feet of 54-inch Drainage pipe on Richards Boulevard, between Sequoia Pacific Boulevard and North 5th Street. The project would require that PG&E relocate 400 linear feet of gas main two feet over from its existing location within the existing right-of-way to accommodate the new drainage pipe. The scope would include excavation, installation of 36-inch pipe,
dual 42-pipes, manholes, junction structures, backfill, and roadway surfacing.

For purposes of this section. "pipeline" includes subsurface facilities but does not include any surface facility related to the operation of the underground facility. The project consists of the
installation of 700 linear feet of drainage pipe, well within the one-mile threshold.
