Document Description
Caltrans approves the encroachment permit for Smuggler Films to film a TV commercial. The filming will take place on LA-210 between PM 11.10 and PM 18.86, in the City of La Canada. Activities will include car-to-car driving shots with the camera positioned inside the vehicle and mounted to a locked camera arm, with no articulating movement. Film driving shots of a picture car on a trailer driving with the natural flow of traffic, followed by camera car with continuous CHP escort. Resets and turnarounds at the La Tuna Canyon Avenue off-ramp and the Sunland Avenue off-ramp. No ground disturbance will be necessary. No public utilities will be relocated, and no new right-of-way will be acquired for the project.
