Document Description
A County initiated administrative update of Title 120 (Subdivisions) and Title 130 (Zoning Ordinance) of the El Dorado County Code.
This project consists of text modifications for clarity, correction of errors, ambiguity, or emissions; ensure consistency; address minor procedural changes that are not controversial or clarify industry practice; amend state law requirements that allow or restrict by right uses; incorporate Director interpretations of various sections of the Zoning Ordinance that have not been appealed; consolidate or renumber previ011sly adopted zoning regulations included In the 2015 Zoning Ordinance Update; and incorporate implementation measures outline In elements of the General Plan.
