This Project meets the criteria for this exemption because it is consistent with the City’s applicable general plan designation and zoning designation; occurs within City limits on a project site of no more than five (5); is located on a site that has no value as habitat for endangered, rare or threatened species; would not result in any significant effects relating to traffic, noise, or air and water quality; and is located on a site that can be adequately served by all required utilities and public services. Further, the Project does not fall under any of the exceptions to categorical exemptions under CEQA Guidelines Section 15300.2 (Exceptions).
