Minor alterations in land use limitations with an average slope less than 20 percent that do not result in any changes to land use or density may be considered exempt under Section 15305 (Minor Alterations in Land Use Limitations) of the CEQA Guidelines (Class 5 Exemption). Because this project does not change the land use or density of the lot which averages a 5.40% slope, this exemption applies.
