Class 1, Existing Facilities (Section 15301). The proposed project includes minor renovation of existing school facilities and would not alter or expand the existing use of the individual facilities.
Class 2, Replacement or Reconstruction (Section 15302). The proposed project would demolish three existing classroom buildings, one administrative building, and one multipurpose building, and replace them with a new two-story classroom and administration building (Building A-B) and a new multipurpose room on the same project site. The new structures are on the same site as the structures replaced and will have substantially the same purpose and capacity.
Class 14, Minor Additions to Schools (Section 15314). The proposed project constitutes a minor addition to an existing school campus within existing school grounds, and would not exceed the 25 percent increase threshold.
