Document Description
This project will replace the existing windows and doors on the Fish Market building to address extensive water damage and prevent further water
intrusion. The windows and doors will be replaced with new custom- fabricated windows and doors to match the existing facade of the building. The
exterior of the building will also be painted to a historically appropriate color. The work has been evaluated in a Project Conformance with the
Secretary of the Interior's Standards for Rehabilitation memorandum. Work will occur over approximately two years beginning in 2026.
